The infamous cereal milker, not only is jittery, has struck yet again. This time it was a taxi driver.

The taxi driver told our reporters live on the scene how he picked up a passenger and drove her around for an hour's time.

When she refused to pay, the driver opened the passenger door to pull her out and call the police, but he never got that far.
